Midnight Suns Havens Guide

It is very important to raise your Friendship Level with all of the characters in Marvel’s Midnight Suns, since doing this will get you many advantages. There are several ways to do this, and one of the more complicated – and rewarding – methods is the Havens system. Marvel’s Midnight Suns Havens Explained

The way Havens work is very similar to Hangouts. However, there are several key differences between the two. Firstly, any conversation options that you pick in Havens result in double the Friendship, so you can gain up to +4 with the character you bring along, if you have picked the right options. Secondly, you can only use a single Haven once, as well as invite any single character to a Haven only one time. This means that, in order to maximize your Friendship gains from Havens in Midnight Suns, you will need to select the best Haven for the appropriate character. So pick a location, activity, and gift that you are sure they’ll love. To go to a Haven with a character, speak with them and select the “Invite to Haven” option. In the next section, we’re going to see which Havens synergize the best with which characters.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns Best Havens

Something that is very important to note here is that Haven names are randomly generated and then assigned to all of the Haven locations. There are 15 of these in the game. These are: Stream (fishing), Ruins, Void (painting), Barrens (painting), Badlands, Graveyard (picnic), Overlook (birdwatching), Glade (mediation), Meadow (mushroom picking), Rockface (painting), Forest (birdwatching), Trail (birdwatching), Hill (birdwatching), Clearing (mediation), and Brook (fishing). These will then be paired with an adjective, and produce something such as Peaceful Forest, or Scenic Forest. Next, every Haven has an activity: Birdwatching, Fishing, Meditation, Mushroom Picking, Painting, and Picnic. To get the best results, you need to be aware of the personality of the character you’re taking there and what they like and love. So here’s which activities which characters love the most:

  • Birdwatching. This activity is loved by: Hulk, Spider-Man, and Wolverine.
  • Fishing. This activity is loved by: Blade, Hulk, Ghost Rider, and Wolverine.
  • Meditation. This activity is loved by: Blade, Doctor Strange, Magik, and Scarlet Witch.
  • Mushroom Picking. This activity is loved by: Doctor Strange, Hulk, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Man, and Wolverine.
  • Painting. This activity is loved by: Captain America, Spider-Man, and Magik.
  • Picnic. This activity is loved by: Captain Marvel, Iron Man, Nico, and Spider-Man.
