Testing the Shocks Achievement / Trophy | Mafia 3
Testing the Shocks is an achievement in Mafia 3. You can unlock it by doing a 50 meter jump with your car, and landing on the wheels.
Then you’ll need a good spot. The construction yard in Frisco Fields was good enough for us, but you could use any ramp you like. Go to the end of the road that leads to the ramp, in order to have enough time to accelerate. Keep to the left side of the street. You’ll have to start turning left slowly, before the intersection. Watch out for the traffic. Once you’re near the ramp, try to hit its left side – the right has a bump in front of it.
If you’re going fast enough (105 in our case), and you approach the jump properly, you should make it in no time. Don’t stress if you don’t make it the first time. Practice makes perfect.
It can be tough to get, since you need to find a suitable spot, and a car that’s fast enough. If you wreck the car while landing, or land on anything other than the wheels, you won’t unlock the trophy. In this guide, we’re going to show you how to earn the Testing the Shocks achievement in Mafia 3.
