Are Lost Ark Servers Down?

To the great displeasure of the player base, Lost Ark servers are often offline. The usual weekly maintenance occurs on Wednesdays. For November 1st, 2023, developers SmileGate have informed players of the exact time when will the downtime period commence:

  • 11 AM CET – 3 PM CET
  • 10 AM GMT – 2 PM GMT
  • 6 AM ET – 10 AM ET
  • 3 AM PT – 6 AM PT

Unlike some downtimes which can last for seven to eight hours (or even more), this won’t be a too long server outage in comparison, as developers estimate that it will last up to four hours. Of course, if something goes wrong, they can always prolong this downtime, but that usually isn’t the case. Asides from the regular weekly updates and maintenance, Lost Ark servers are often offline for a myriad of other reasons. It can be because of the problems with Amazon Web Services (AWS), due to unforeseen issues, game-breaking bugs, and more.
