Lego Star Wars The Force Awakens Rey Character Spotlight
The last in the long line of character spotlight trailers for Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens, has just been released. The new video is about Rey, the female lead from the latest movie.
The trailer shows her in various situations – from battling imperial soldiers, to fraternizing with Finn and facing Kylo Ren in a lightsaber duel. Every scene is finished with the recognizable brand of Lego humor. She uses the Force here as well, thanks to her natural disposition, but she’s not a fully fledged Jedi yet.
We’re curious to see what special powers many of the characters will have – there’s little to no Jedi and Sith, so it’s mostly ordinary people. Some of them are gifted in the ways of the Force, but that’s not even close to being a true Jedi. Most of them seem to be equipped with simple blaster pistols and rifles.
Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens is going to launch tomorrow (June 28th), on PC and every imaginable console. The handheld version (for 3DS and Vita) will not be the same as the one on home consoles. You’ve still got time to preorder the Deluxe edition, if you want to get the golden character pack.
