Takodana is one of the hubs in Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens. There are eight
carbonite collectibles there – finding them will unlock new characters, like Yoda and Obi Wan Kenobi.
They are well hidden and getting them requires certain abilities. In this guide, we’re going to show you
Takodana Carbonite locations in Lego SW Force Awakens, which characters they unlock.
You’ll need to visit the
medical wing at D’Qar if you want to defrost the characters and use them.
Princess Leia (Ewok Village) Carbonite
The easiest one to get is
Princess Leia (Ewok Village). You don’t need any special abilities to find this slab. Simply go up the stairs from the starting point and climb the broken tower when you reach the top. You’ll see a switch in the tower – make one character stand on it, while the other picks up the carbonite.
How to unlock Yoda
You can get this one using Rey. While you’re exploring the ruins look for a winch. Use your staff to turn it and it will raise a platform. Climb up the rock wall, and you’ll find the
Yoda carbonite.
Obi Wan Kenobi Carbonite
Look for a lake near the elevator. There will be a small pool in it. Use a character who can swim (like Admiral Ackbar) to get to the carbonite slab with
Obi Wan Kenobi (Episode III) inside.
Qui Gon Jin Location
This one is also easy to get. Just smash the cracked wall to the right from the elevator, and you’ll reveal a small cave.
Qui Gon Jin will be inside, trapped in a block of carbonite.
Queen Amidala Carbonite Location
Look for a suspicious wall near the Battle of Takodana replay terminal. Use a lightsaber to cut through it and save
Queen Amidala from her carbonite prison.
How to unlock Chancellor Palpatine
Go to the far north part of the map, where the sleeping giant is. Use a grappling hook on the tree above him to wake him up. After you defeat him, use the Force to manipulate his bed and get the
Chancellor Palpatine carbonite.
Rebel Commando Carbonite
The
Rebel Commando is unlocked by using the First Order terminal at the large plain’s entrance. You’ll need a character capable of using these terminals, like Finn. Match the image parts to show a stormtrooper.
Stormtrooper Classic Skin Location
There’s a transport shuttle at the north end of the map, with two grappling handles. You’ll need two characters with grappling hooks, pulling at the same time. When you manage to open it, you’ll get the
Stormtrooper (Classic).
