Formula 1 Car is the fastest ground vehicle in Just Cause 3. It can be found in random locations all over the map, but there’s also a way of reliably getting it without waiting for it to spawn someplace.

This guide will show you where to find the F1 car in Just Cause 3.
Where to find F1 Car
If you’re anxious to get your hands on this vehicle (either for pleasure, or for the achievement), here’s what you need to do:
Go to Regno province, on Insula Striate.
Liberate it (there’s only one settlement to free).
Look for a land race in the north-western part of the province.
Go there and race (it’s called City Sprint).
Once the challenge is done, you’ll get to keep the vehicle you used, which is the Formula 1 car.
Drive to the nearest garage and store it, after which it will be available as a Rebel Drop.
If your want a faster and better car, try the verdeleon 3 it is in a warehouse in the Montana region. I recommend you use a helicopter to lift it because it is far away from any garages. Also if you have not liberated Falco and stopped the nukes there goes your car.
funny thing I got the Mugello Vistoso when I first liberated baia and that has the same specs as the verdalon but I wanted to get the verdalon cause I thought it looked really cool so I went to the base and got it and I was really careful and drove it all the way to the bottom of that land.
its a lot simpler to just accept the city sprint land race, then get in the f1 car, then quit it and boom its urs

This isn’t the fastest car it’s one often slowest. It’s like the 3tf fastest
You don’t even have to complete the race. You can just get in the car and then quit the challenge from the menu.

No you can just start and then quit the race you don’t even have to finish it
There is a faster car i dont remember where i picked it up but i got +300 kph its near the base with the nukes.
It’s the verdeleon or something like that normally at the bottom of rebel drop sports cars

Just take the long way around that base, I did that and the hardest thing was not crashing into government vehicles
