Injustice 2 is the new fighting game by NetherRealm Studios, set in the DC Universe. The game picks up where the previous game left off, with new threats and old feuds. Some indecisive players have been wondering how many arenas are in Injustice 2. There’s a good number of them, including Arkham Asylum, Fortress of Solitude, Gotham, Metropolis, Atlantis, the Batcave, and more.
Injustice 2 How Many Arenas / Maps Are in the Game After a long wait and its fair share of hype, Injustice 2 has finally launched. So far, if the reviews are anything to go by, it’s living up to expectations. However, players want to make an informed decision before they buy, and one of the questions that popped up was: How many stages does Injustice 2 offer?
In the arena selection screen, you’ll find twelve maps. This might not seem like a lot, but most of the arenas have several levels that you can knock the opponent into (or get knocked into). Moreover, on some of the arenas, you can select which level you want to start on by following the on-screen prompt. So, basically, you can choose between about twenty or so stages. We’ve listed the arenas below; the “x2 marks” the stages where you can toggle the starting arena.
Arkham Asylum x2 Atlantis x2 Gorilla City Fortress of Solitude Gotham City x2 Kahndaq x2 Red Sun Prison x2 Metropolis x2 The Joker’s Playground Slaughter Swamp Brainiac’s Ship x2 Batcave x2 Some players have taken issue with the number of arenas compared to the number of characters. However, as others have pointed out, the different levels in the maps operate by their own rules. One could argue that they function as separate, distinct arenas, with their own stage hazards and the like. But, in the end, the end value you get is for each player to decide individually.
