Injustice 2 is about a week away from launch still. Despite that, we already know what the Fighter Pack 1 DLC will bring to the game, because video game industry. According to the short trailer released, the three fighters we can look forward to are Red Hood, Sub-Zero and Starfire. Since NetherRealm studios are the people behind Mortal Kombat these days, the addition of a character from that franchise is really no surprise (the first Injustice had Scorpion, for example).

However, if you watch the video to the end, you can spot six shadowy figures behind the three revealed fighters. One of the silhouettes on the right looks a whole lot like Raiden from Mortal Kombat, while one on the left has a helmet like Black Manta from the Aquaman comics. I can’t really make out anyone else. If you can, write it in the comments, I’m super curious. You can check out the full trailer below.

If introductions to the characters are necessary, here they are. Sub-Zero is an ice-wielding ninja from Mortal Kombat, but you probably already knew that. Red Hood is Batman’s villain / ally, depending on the situation. I won’t spoil his real identity here; it’s a major reveal. Finally, Starfire is a character from Teen Titans. Also, her real name is Koriand’r, from the planet Tamaran in the Vegan system. Yes, really.

Injustice 2 is coming out on May 16th, 2017 for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. There’ll also be a mobile version for Android and iOS.
