The first Small Lyre in Forgelands in Immortals Fenyx Rising is in the center of the border between Forgelands and War’s Den. It’s among a bunch of statues that appear to be automatons of some description. To unlock it, pull the lever to unlock the three braziers, then use your Apollo’s Arrow to light them all up. That will unlock the lyre, so play it to get the combination, which is 1-3-2-3.
