It’s one of the factories where machines are made, and after you’ve completed it, you’ll receive a nice sum of XP and the ability to override new types of robots. Where to find Cauldron XI

The entrance is hidden in the forest in the southwest of the map. It’s really close to the edge of the world. Look for a metal flower near the edge of the map – the entrance is not too far off. The dungeon is meant for characters at or above level 18, so make sure you’re prepared.

How to beat Cauldron XI

The first hurdle to overcome is getting inside. You’ll have to murder all the bandits in the courtyard – one of them has the excavation key. They all look the same, so we can’t point you towards the right one. Just kill them all and loot their bodies, and you’ll have it. After that, climb to the top of the scaffolding. You’ll find the cave entrance there, blocked by a large metal door. The key will open it and let you it.

Once you’re inside, simply follow the map marker. It will lead you through the ruins. When you reach the core, override it. You will have to defend it from several waves of bandits and machines (including ravagers). When you defeat them, you’ll have to find a way out. Don’t worry – the map marker will be there to help again. When you leave the ruins, you’ll get your rewards.

Cauldron XI overrides & rewards

You won’t get the rewards as soon as you override the core, but don’t be alarmed. You’ll get them when you leave the area. Here’s a list of what you’ll receive:

  • 8000 XP
  • 1 skill point
  • Xi Overrides:
    • Glinthawk
    • Freeze Bellowback
    • Stalker
    • Behemoth
    • Fire Bellowback

This is some of the laziest writing I’ve ever read. “Just follow the the map marker” well, what do you follow when there isn’t a map marker? Not sure if it’s a glitch or because I’m okaying on the hardest setting but there was no map marker to get in and now there isn’t one to get out. Next time you write a “game guide” try actually including some guidance!
