How to Solve Burning Shores Heaven and Earth Door Code in Horizon Forbidden West

To solve the Heaven and Earth door code puzzle in Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores, you need to input a four-digit code. The door itself is on the eastern side of the room, up the stairs to the left of the “Heaven” logo. If you don’t want to go through the trouble of figuring it out, just hit 3285. That’s the actual code that will let you inside. From there, you have to investigate Londra’s living quarters, but I’m confident you can do it on your own. That’s the easy solution. If you want to know how we got to the solution, keep reading. It’s actually not the most intuitive of solutions, quite the opposite. Here’s how it goes.

To solve the Burning Shores door code puzzle in Heaven and Earth “properly” in Horizon Forbidden West, you have to interact with the console on the east side of the room, across from the “Heaven” logo. You need to cycle through the years and then inspect the asteroids that flew close to earth. The numbers are in yellow in their descriptions. The first one was in 2064, and the asteroid’s name was Portia. The number in the description is 3. Next, in 2054 (yeah, they’re out of order) was asteroid Juliet, and the number is 2. In 2061 there was asteroid Caliban, and the number is 8. Lastly, we have asteroid Katherina in 2056, and the number is 5. Yeah, viewing this solution in the logic of the in-game universe makes no sense, but it is what it is.
