How to Get Fire Trailblazer MC in Honkai Star Rail

To unlock and get the Fire Trailblazer MC, or main character, in Honkai Star Rail, you have to play far enough through the game. Specifically, you obtain access to the Preservation path and the fire abilities after you wrap up the missions on Jarilo-VI. Not all the quests, mind you, just the storyline. So, all you need to do is keep pushing and be patient. Reminder, the default Trailblazer you begin with has the Destruction path and is a Physical character type. After you unlock the Fire Type, you can change between them by changing your Trailblazer’s Light Cone. Just go to the Cone section in the bottom right of the character menu and use the “Switch” option.

And there you have it, that’s how you unlock and get the Honkai Star Rail Fire Trailblazer MC and how far into the story you have to get. It’ll take some doing, to be certain, but nothing that bad. Granted, there’s plenty to do on Jarilo-VI, but if it’s just the fire character you’re after, just finish the main story missions. The side content isn’t going anywhere (at least I hope not). Anyways, that’s about everything we have for you here. If you need help with another part of Honkai Star Rail, take a gander at our expanding list of guides.
