Where to Find Web Event Rewards and Pre-Registration Rewards in Honkai Star Rail

To find and claim your Honkai Star Rail web event rewards and pre-registration rewards, you need to pick them all up from your in-game mailbox. The stuff is there from the beginning, but it seems like you need to play through the opening stages until you reach the area called Master Control Zone. That’s the social hub, so at least you can collect your stuff in peace. Anyways, once you’re there, hit Escape to open the in-game menu. You’ll find the inbox icon at the top of the thin bar on the right of the screen. If you can’t find it, take a gander at the screenshot below. You can figure out the rest on your own.

And there you go, that’s where you can find and claim or collect your web event rewards and pre-registration rewards in Honkai Star Rail. Reminder, the pre-registration rewards depend on how many people hop on. They include stuff like massive amounts of Credits, Star Rail Passes, the Trailblazer “Welcome” Avatar, and so on. As for the web event, there are a number of rewards you could have earned, depending on your luck. For example, you had the chance to get the Thief’s Myriad-Faced Mask and Gloves with Prints, Musketeer’s Wild Wheat Felt Hat and Coarse Leather, and all sorts of useful resources. I’m pretty sure the same method of claiming rewards will apply for later events, but we’ll have to wait and see.
