Steal Loyalist Crossbow Bolt Hogwarts Legacy Dueling Feats
In our Steal Loyalist Crossbow Bolt Hogwarts Legacy Dueling Feats guide, we are going to show you how to complete the Steal a Loyalist Ranger’s Crossbow Bolt Dueling Feat. It might sound like you have to get in melee range or sneak up to steal a bolt from one of the goblin soldiers, but that’s not the case at all. Why would you put yourself in harm’s way when you have magic on your side? Here’s what you need to do instead.
How to Complete Steal a Loyalist Crossbow Bolt in Hogwarts Legacy
To complete the Steal a Loyalist Ranger’s Crossbow Bolt Dueling Feat in Hogwarts Legacy, you first need to have a specific spell equipped. That is, of course, the Ancient Magic Throw, from the Essential Magic category. When you have this spell, it allows you to summon and then throw “special environmental objects at the targeted enemy.” Normally, you use it to chuck random objects at people to break shields. The game gives you a little R1 prompt above anything that you can use for this purpose. However, as it turns out, it also works on projectiles that enemies are chucking at you. This includes crossbow bolts, and that’s what we’ll use to do the challenge. And trust me, it feels really cool when you manage to pull it off.
So, in order to complete the Hogwarts Legacy Steal a Loyalist Ranger’s Crossbow Bolt Dueling Feat, wait until you meet one of these enemies. And, of course, for the challenge to pop up at the same time. Then, wait for them to fire a crossbow bolt at you. The millisecond you see that R1 prompt show up, press it. Your character should automatically stop the bolt, turn it around, and fling it back. It’s pretty tricky, especially in the middle of a fight, so you might need a few tries to get it right. It’s all about the timing and keeping your eyes peeled for that button prompt. A few practice “rounds” are probably to be expected. A good strategy is to eliminate every enemy except the crossbow dude, so the bolts can have your undivided attention.
