Hogwarts Legacy Flying Broom
The Harry Potter books and movies are known for many things. Spells, magical creatures, evil wizards. And, of course, flying. Specifically, on a flying broomstick. The flying broom is an iconic item in the world of Harry Potter. Much more than a mere transportation device, the flying broom is also used in Quidditch, and is an all-around status symbol of every Wizard and Witch. Naturally, the Flying Broom also plays an integral part in Hogwarts Legacy. If you are wondering when you will be able to get the flying broom, don’t worry, we’re here to explain when you’ll be able to unlock it in the game.
How to Get Flying Broomstick in Hogwarts Legacy
Unlike some of the other flying mounts in the game, the Flying Broom is a guaranteed item that every player is going to unlock. All you really need to do in order to get it is to play the game and you will obtain it as part of the main questline. The quest in question which will allow you to get it is very appropriately named “Flying Class”. This quest takes place several hours into the game, so you won’t have access to it right from the start of the game. During this quest, you will learn the basics of using the Flying Broom.
Now that you know how to fly, it’s time for you to get a broom of your own. To do this, head to Hogsmeade. Once there, look for the Spintwitches Sporting Needs shop. Go inside and talk to Albie Weekes. There are several Flying Brooms you can buy here, and you can also purchase upgrades for them. One final thing to note is that there are certain areas in the game where you won’t be able to fly on your broom. These include Hogwarts Castle, Hogsmeade, and dungeons.
