Hogwarts Legacy Fluxweed Stem Location
In Hogwarts Legacy, you will often be on the hunt for ingredients. Sometimes these can be used directly in combat, but more often than not – you’re going to need them in order to make potions. These potions will provide you with all sorts of magical effects, from restoring your health, to turning invisible, and much more. One of these magical ingredients is the Fluxweed Stem. It’s the ingredient in two potions: the Felix Felicis (the Liquid Luck potion) and the Focus Potion (which reduces spell cooldowns). The first time that you’re going to need it is during Professor Sharp’s Assignment 1, which requires that you make and use a Focus Potion. To help you do this, here’s where you can find the location of the Fluxweed Stem in Hogwarts Legacy.
How to Get Fluxweed Stem in Hogwarts Legacy
To get the Fluxweed Stem ingredient, head to The Magic Neep. This is a shop located in Hogsmeade. It isn’t a part of the central village, and is instead located a short distance across the river there to the northwest. We have marked this location in a picture. Go there and speak with the owner of The Magic Neep, Timothy Teasdale. You can purchase the Fluxweed Stem from him – either as a fully grown plant, or in seed form. The grown plant is, of course, usable right away, and costs 150 Galleons.
You can also buy Fluxweed Stem seeds from him. It requires a Large Planter to grow. If you haven’t already, you also have to purchase the recipe for the Focus Potion. You can do this by visiting J. Pippin’s Potions, likewise in Hogsmeade. The Focus Potion Recipe costs 1,200 Galleons, so make sure that you have enough money before going there. Once you have the recipe and the ingredients – x1 Lacewing Flies, x1 Fluxweed Stem, and x1 Dugbog Tongue, you can then make the Focus Potion itself.
