Unfortunately, as far as we can tell, there’s no way to fix the Lobo preoder issue in World War Z on the PlayStation 4. People from both Focus Home Interactive and Saber Interactive have responded to the community about the Lobo problem.
On Twitter, Saber Interactive Creative Director Oliver Hollis-Leick wrote: “We’ve heard that some people are having issues with activating their lobo bundle and we’re investigating now and will get this fixed for you.” Meanwhile, on the Focus Interactive forums, Community Manager Raibi wrote: “Thank you for reporting those issues. We are working on the one affecting data right now. I’ll pass on your message to the dev team right away though! Concerning the Lobo Pack, PSN didn’t activate it everywhere yet. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to access it once it’s on.”
