How to Fix Psyker Warp Battery Penance Not Working Bug in Warhammer 40,000: Darktide

As you are probably aware, Penances in Warhammer 40,000: Darktide are essentially a fancy name for the game’s achievement system within the game. They consist of various challenges which players can complete at their own pace. And they are not only there for vanity and posing. Rather, by completing them you’ll be rewarded with unique skins and other cosmetics, such as trinkets. And you’ll also receive Penance Points. However, as far as we are aware, these points don’t have any purpose in the game except to show how many of these Penances you’ve completed. But enough about the general stuff, let’s cut to the chase.

Tarktide Psyker Penance Warp Battery isn’t working for one simple reason – it’s currently bugged and it doesn’t show a proper description. Namely, the challenge says that it needs to be completed on a Malice mission difficulty. However, according to the reports from players, that’s not how it actually works. The Warp Battery Penance needs to be completed on the Heresy difficulty or above. That’s the 4th difficulty, and the description is bugged. This should hopefully fix the problem and count this Psyker’s Penance as completed for you. With that said, our guide is completed. If you have any other issues with this Penance, share them with us in the comments section.
