Warcraft Rumble Cycle Meaning Explained
If you want to know the meaning of the Cycle trait in Warcraft Rumble, we’ve got you covered! Your minis in Warcraft Rumble come with a variety of traits which provide additional information about those units. Sometimes, they are there for clarification, other times, they are there to explain what extra features that mini has. However, there are some traits about which players are not sure what they exactly do. Read on as we explain all you need to know about the Warcraft Rumble Cycle trait.
What Does Cycle Do in Warcraft Rumble?
The Cycle trait doesn’t inherently do anything in a vacuum. If you look at a mini with the Cycle trait in isolation, its main purpose is to inform you that a mini costs two or less gold. That means that you will be able to “cycle” faster through your deck if you have cheap minis. Hence, the first purpose of this trait is simply to inform you that this mini is cheap and that you will be able to play more minis if you have more Cycle units. However, that’s only the first part of the trait. It would be rather stupid for something to have its own trait just to inform players that a mini is cheap. You already know this by simply looking at its Gold cost.
The second part of the trait is current and future Cycle synergy. Namely, there are currently some Relics (bonuses you collect in Dungeons) which provide special effects if you have Cycle minis in your deck. For example:
- Gnomish Flywheel – Playing a Cycle Mini reduces the cost of your next non-Cycle Mini by 1 (but never less than 1). Does not stack.
So there you have it, that’s another reason why there is a “Cycle” trait. It’s not only to inform you that a minion is cheap. It’s also there for the future synergies for minis with that trait.
