Where to Find Secret Basement Door Keypad Code in The Medium Investigate Red House?

To find the keypad code for the secret basement door in The Medium, during the Investigate Red House step, you have to explore the side room on the left of the basement. Now, in order to get to the door with the keypad in the first place, you have to squeeze through the crack in the wall on the right side, next to the cabinet. What I need you to do is go back to the main part of the basement, and then head left and up. You’re gonna see a doorway there, so go through it.

Once in the side room, head up to the locker and use your bolt cutters to open it. Take the box from the locker, and open that too. As you can see, there used to be a pocket watch inside, but that’s not important; what we need here is the inscription on the inside of the lid. Read it, and you’ll find out that it’s a present for the couple’s tenth anniversary. That’s your first clue for the basement door code in The Medium Red House. To get the second one, check the table to the right of the locker. You’ll find the receipt for the watch and learn that the year of purchase was 1976.

All that’s left to do now is a little math. The watch was bought in 1976, as a ten-year anniversary present. That means that they got married in 1966.
