When is Splatoon 3 Big Run Release Date & Time

The release date and time of the Splatoon 3 Big Run event is January 9th at 4 PM PT, according to Nintendo. The event will end on December 11th at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET, aka December 12th at 12 AM GMT / 1 AM CET / 9 AM JST / 10 AM AEST. So, not exactly ideal timing for anyone between Central Europe and Japan, but that’s just how the cookie crumbles. At least everyone technically gets the same amount of time to play. That brings us nicely to our next point of interest…

How to Play Splatoon 3 Big Run

There are no special requirements to play Splatoon 3 Big Run, it’s just like any other event. Like Salmon Run before it. In this event, you will “battle waves of those pesky Salmonids and collect golden eggs on a stage that’s usually just reserved for Turf War, Anarchy Battle, or X Battles.” In this case, the arena of combat will be Wahoo World. Naturally, every participant will have a chance to earn “snazzy in-game rewards,” as the post linked above puts it. Just don’t forget that Big Run is a fully co-op activity, so you can’t count on trying to solo it. Rather, you’ll have to learn to work as a team if you want to emerge victorious. And that’s about all there is to it.
