Resident Evil 4 Remake Release Date & Time
The Resident Evil 4 remake release date and time is almost upon us, and fans can’t wait to sink their teeth into it. So, the question on many a mind is going to be: “when is the RE4 remake coming out?” Well, that’s exactly what we’ll be discussing in this guide, with all the information that we have. So, let’s dive straight in.
When is Resident Evil 4 Remake Coming Out
The Resident Evil 4 remake is coming out on March 23rd, but the exact release date and time will probably vary depending on your timezone and platform. As a reminder, the new RE4 will launch on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC. There’s no official info on when exactly you’ll be able to start playing on each platform, so we’ll have to engage in some educated guesswork. First off, the countdown on the official Steam page should be more than enough information for PC players. It seems to indicate that the game will release on midnight March 24th, which probably means that we’re looking at a rolling midnight launch. To eliminate any possibility of error, just check the countdown and you’ll be golden.
As for the Resident Evil 4 remake release date and time on PlayStation, we are once again going to defer to the store page. According to it, the RE4 remake is coming out at midnight Easter Time on March 23rd. Assuming that it’s not a rolling launch, as it usually isn’t on consoles, then you can expect to start playing on March 22nd at 9 PM Pacific time / March 23rd at 4 AM GMT / 5 AM CET / 1 PM Korean and Japanese Time / 3 PM AEDT / 5 PM NZDT. I’m sure you can do your math from there. Lastly, the Xbox launch is a complete mystery, since the store page doesn’t have a countdown. However, it seems that the remake will come out at midnight GMT but we don’t know if it’s going to be a rolling release or not.
It’s not out 23rd March 5am CET. It’s 24th. Otherwise it would be out right now, which it isn’t.
So the dates need to move 1 day forward.
