How to Fix Pre-Order & Deluxe Rewards Missing in Party Animals

In order to fix the issue of your preorder and deluxe rewards (like the Royal Nemo outfit, Royal avatar and 240 Nemo Bucks), as well as beta demo rewards (the Pigeon and ten Eggs) missing, you have to restart the game. If that doesn’t work, restart Steam or whatever platform you might be playing on. Before that, though, you need to finish the tutorial. That’s when the items are supposed to unlock. However, the game has been experiencing a lot of server issues. The developers themselves have acknowledged as much in a tweet, saying: “Dear players, we have expanded the server capacity. If your queue is longer than 10 mins, it is best to restart the game to enter a much faster queue.”

They then mention the missing pre-order and deluxe rewards in Party Animals: “Besides, some players did not receive the Preorder, Deluxe and Demo rewards. This is likely caused by the same issue. Restarting the game should fix the issue.” And there you have it, straight from the horse’s mouth. Obviously, if restarting the game / the platform you’re playing on still doesn’t work, you should contact support and see whether they can help you. I know, nobody likes to deal with support, but it is what it is. If you have any other problems with the nascent adorable brawler, take a look at some of our other Party Animals guide.
