OSRS Have Elsie Tell You a Story

In order to have Elsie tell you a story in OSRS, or Old School RuneScape, you first need to brew a cup of tea. Well, not brew exactly, but purchase one. There’s a tea stall in Varrock that’s really easy to find. From the eastern entrance to the town, head south. You’ll run into the tea stall soon enough. They sell cups of tea for ten coins a pop. If you don’t feel like paying, you can steal a cup of tea from the stall if your Thieving level is at least 5. Don’t drink it, though; you need it for Elsie. Get a cup of your own if you really want it. Tea heals 4 HP and temporarily boosts your Attack by 2+2%, rounded down. Kinda useful to have in your inventory. However, our main goal here is to get the story, which brings us to our next point.

The next step to have Elsie tell you a story in OSRS, which is one of the Trailblazer Reloaded Leagues 4 quests in Old School RuneScape, is to find Elsie herself. This old lady is also in Varrock, which, yay! More specifically, she’s in the north-east of the town, in the Saradomin church. Head to the upstairs area of the church, and you’ll find Elsie sitting in a rocking chair and knitting away. You can see what she looks like in the image above. Give her the tea and listen to her story about Dissy and how they vandalized the Zamorak temple. SPOILERS: Dissy is actually the Wise Old Man in Draynor Village, whose full name is Dionysus.
