Oddworld Soulstorm Tie Up Sligs
Tying Sligs in Oddworld is a mechanic that you can use to permanently incapacitate certain enemies. Considering that Oddworld Soulstorm is a stealth game, where you don’t have many options to take care of enemies, this is a valuable thing to know. However, you can’t just approach them and tie them up; you need to have a specific consumable item first. Even then, you have to be very careful the whole time. To save you any potential headache, here’s our Oddworld Soulstorm Tie Up Sligs guide to show you how it all works.
How to Tie Up Sligs in Oddworld Soulstorm
To tie up Sligs in Oddworld Soulstorm, you first need to obtain Tape. As far as we can tell, the only way to get that is to pickpocket sleeping Sligs. They could be sleeping already, or they could be under Abe’s psychic powers. As long as they’re incapacitated in some manner, you can pick their pockets by holding Square and, if you’re lucky get some Tape. There might be other ways of obtaining it, but we only know of this one. Let us know if we’re wrong in the comments below.
Anyway, once you do get your hands on some Tape, approach a sleeping Slig and press and hold Square to tie them up in a big, blue ball. That’s all there is to it. By the way, if you tie up a Slig before picking their pockets, don’t worry; you can still steal from them after tying them up. Best of all, they will no longer be a problem for you. They are just permanently down, as far as we know. It’s a huge asset, having a corridor permanently clear, so use it wisely and strategically. And that’s how you tie up Sligs in Oddworld Soulstorm.
