How to Ride Pals in Palworld
Palworld is a new Pokemon-inspired video game that features the titular Pals. These critters come in all shapes and sizes and they can be used for just about anything in the game – from combat, to production, even as a food source. And, of course, they can be a mode of transportation as well. Yes, you can ride some Pals to get around more quickly in the game world. But how to ride these Pals in Palworld? That’s what we’re here to explain.
How to Unlock Riding Pal in Palworld
First of all, you need to be aware of how this works in the game. You won’t be able to ride just any Pal – only ones that you have successfully captured. Some of these rideable Pals that you’ll encounter early on in the game include Direhowl, Dinossom, Melpaca, Eikthrydeer, Rushoar, and Chillet. But having a Pal that you can ride isn’t everything. No, you also need to have the appropriate Saddle. For example, if you want to ride a Rushoar, you will need to craft a Rushoar Saddle beforehand. And to do this, you are first going to have to unlock and construct the Pal Gear Workbench. With both a Pal and that Pal’s Saddle, you can now mount and ride it. In the next section, we’re going to see how this works.
How to Mount and Ride Pals in Palworld
So, once you have a captured Pal and its Saddle in your inventory, the next step is to let that Pal out of its Pal Sphere. Approach it and a button prompt will appear on the bottom of the screen that notifies you which button you need to press to mount it. Simply press this button and you will get on top of the Pal and start riding it. And to dismount it, press the same button.
