Harry Potter Magic Awakened Dormitory Guide
While Hogwarts is the site of many fantastical – and often dangerous – events, it is still first and foremost, a school. More specifically, it is a boarding school. This means that the pupils that study there also reside in Hogwarts for the duration of the school year. The areas where the students live there are called dormitories. The way that the dormitories function in Harry Potter: Magic Awakened can be a bit confusing, as there are several things that you need to be aware of. We are going to go over all of these in our Harry Potter Magic Awakened Dormitory Guide.
Harry Potter Magic Awakened Dormitory Explained
The first thing that you need to be aware of here is that Harry Potter: Magic Awakened follows some rules that have been established in the books. The first of these is that the dormitories are divided by gender lines. That is, only male students can go to male dormitories, and only female students can go to female dormitories. And the second rule is that you can only be in a dormitory with members of the same House as you. So no mixing of Gryffindor and Hufflepuff members, for example. Meaning – you can only share a dormitory if both you and your friends have chosen the same gender and house in the game.
Basically, the dormitories in HPMA function like clans do from similar online games. You will get various in-game bonuses for belonging to a Dormitory with your friends, and they will be able to come visit you as your guests. You can also more easily trade with your dormmates, and on top of everything else, there are also dorm events that can only be played with your dormmates. So as you can see, it is very much worth it to belong to a dormitory in HP: Magic Awakened.
