How to Get Banners and Badges DBD
One of the best online survival-horror video games around, Dead By Daylight is still going strong (and scary), despite being released way back in 2016. It was recently updated with some new content which – among other things – added a new feature into the game, with the option to get Banners and Badges. But this begs the question – how, exactly, does this entire system work? If you are unsure about how to get Banners and Badges in DBD, we’re here to explain everything that you need to know about this.
How to Get Banners and Badges in Dead by Daylight
As of right now, there is only one Banner and Badge in DBD. Both of these are tied to the recently-released Chucky DLC. This means that, in order to be able to get these, you will first need to purchase this particular DLC to unlock this feature. To quote the devs and the way that this works:
“Players can now expect to find their level and grades on a new screen – their Player Profile! Select the badge in the top right (of most menus) to open it. The Player Profile is where players can customize their Player Card. Players now have a Player Card and can earn collectable banners and badges to customize it! New banners and badges come in a variety of rarities and appearances and can be earned from Tome and Archive rewards as well as Events. Players will be able to see their new customized player cards in a variety of menus including the end-of-match tally screen where they can show them off to other players.”
This seems to indicate that more Badges and Banners will be coming to the game in future updates, events, and DLCs. And, hopefully, some of these won’t require you to buy additional content.
