How to Gift Cars in Forza Horizon 5

To gift cars in Forza Horizon 5, you need to have at least two cars in your garage, because you can’t give away the car you’re driving. Next, go into the pause menu and select My Horizon. In this new menu, select the Gift Drop option. From there, just follow the steps that the game outlines. Select which category of people you want to send the car to, your greeting message, and whether you want the gift to be anonymous or not. In the end, simply confirm your choices.

If you wanna go about it in a more immersive way, go and find a barn in the game. Any of them will do. After a brief cutscene, you’ll get the option of making a gift drop, so opt to do so. From there, you’ll have to follow the same steps we’ve outlined above. Now, with all of that said, there are some limitations here. First of all, and probably most importantly, you cant gift Forza Horizon 5 cars to friends, or any specific people. You are completely limited to the several groups that the game offers. This is a necessary precaution against people buying and selling cars for real money.

The second limitation is that you can’t craft a greeting message of your own. You can only use the handful that the game provides.
