The Forza Horizon 5 disappearing players and cars – invisible car bug manifests itself in many different ways, so much so that I’m absolutely certain that it’s not just one bug. It’s a whole nest of bugs. We don’t know what causes all of these problems in each of the instances that it crops up. We’ll share what we do know in this guide, especially when it comes to people vanishing in the middle of the race and then reappearing later having jumped up in the leaderboard.

Invisible Cars & Disappearing Players Forza Horizon 5 Bug

The Forza Horizon 5 disappearing players and cars bug, as well as the invisible car bug, are very multifaceted, as we’ve explained in the beginning. They can crop up in a number of different ways and times. For example, as you can see in the video below, sometimes they’ll disappear during cutscenes and/or your garage. Also, players in a convoy may disappear and reappear repeatedly. So much so, that the bug has made it to the list of known issues. However, there are no fixes in sight as of writing this article.

However, the biggest problem here are invisible cars in races. See, a player might think that they’re just driving completely normally. However, for other people, they might appear like they haven’t left the starting line, or have just vanished, only to reappear later way higher in the leaderboard. This facet of the Forza Horizon 5 disappearing players and cars / invisible car bug is by far the worst one, because people are going to suspect you’re cheating, even if you’re perfectly innocent. To make things worse, there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it, aside from waiting for the developers to fix the glitches.
