Forza Horizon 5 Convertible Cars

Forza Horizon 5 offers the option to drive convertible cars. While they don’t change the performance of the vehicle, they have a great look. Each has a short animation of the change which is also great to see. In total, there are currently four cars you can buy. Read on as we discuss the convertible cars in Forza Horizon 5.

Operating your convertible in Forza Horizon 5 is simple. Make sure the car is stationary, and you are not driving or moving. Press the left analogue stick and a short animation will begin. You can not skip this.

The car will then either have the top down or up, depending on the circumstance. It is not known if this makes any difference to driving so far. However, you can hear the wind whistle against your ears which is a neat little touch from the designers.

Forza Horizon 5 Convertible Cars List

So far there are four known convertible cars in Forza Horizon 5. It is not known if more will be available later. This seems likely, given the number of cars that feature in the game.

Ferrari Portofino 2018

The Portofino is a Super GT that will cost a reasonable 215,000 credits. This makes it an affordable, entry-level supercar in Forza Horizon 5. It does not require any unlock requirements, so all you need is cash.

Mercedes AMG One

The AMG will set you back a large 2,700,000 credits. Classed as a hypercar, and you can feel the power and performance in it. Though it is not a convertible technically, you can take the roof off in the game.

Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster 2009

Another hypercar, this one will set you back 2,100,000 credits. It has no unlock requirements. As it is not legal to drive on the road, Forza Horizon 5 is the only chance anyone will get to turn it around narrow streets and alleyways.

McLaren Z20S Spider 2019

This modern supercar is one of the best convertible bargains. It costs a mere 340,000 credits, much less than some of the other convertibles. Its rear-wheel-drive also allows for some expensive drifting.
