Well, the first step is to complete the steps that come before it. Clearing the thorns from Mickey’s house, investigate the memory, and then talk to Mickey about it. Then, you need to get to Remy’s restaurant, called Chez Remy. That is simple enough: open the map and find the icon of the knife and fork. That’s Chez Remy. When you get there, you’ll notice that it’s definitely seen better days. With that said, you have to dig right where the shovel is in the picture. However, you can’t do that until it starts glowing.
