Augmented or Hellfire Sabatons of Fending and Striking, Augmented and Slipstream Sabatons of Maiming, or Hailstorm Boots of Casting and Healing are suggestions.

The final clue for the FFXIV fashion report is on the neck. This is a clue that says leather. Any item made of this material should work well.
