FC 24 Clubs Not Working, Connection to Opponent Lost Issue
For EA FC 24, Pro Clubs – as they were called in FIFA – were renamed to Clubs. In most other ways, they function like they did in previous FIFA titles. So it is very unfortunate that many PC players are having trouble with Clubs not working as intended. Namely, instead of having the option to play with opponents, they will instead get one of two messages. Either “It looks like your connection to your opponent was lost.”, or “No opponent was found.” In either case, this results in not being able to play the match. So what is the case of this Clubs Not Working, Connection to Opponent Lost Issue in EA FC 24, and is there something that you can do to fix it? That’s what we’re here to find out.

So why is this happening? Well, this is a longstanding problem that has been a part of EA FC 24 ever since the Beta. We had hoped that this (and other enduring issues) would have been fixed by now, but, sadly, this isn’t the case. As for whether or not there’s anything you can do to fix it, another bit of bad news – there doesn’t appear to be. We understand that this can be frustrating, but all that we can do is to be patient and hope that the devs are going to sort this out on their end and soon.
Fortunately, it’s not all bad news. While Pro Clubs are still bugged with connectivity issues such as this, it doesn’t appear that there are any problems with Seasons in this regard, as they work fine. Absolute shambles. The amount of £ paid for games now and they dont even function. Only bought the game for the clubs mode and still cant get a game. Says match found but then it spins for a while and loads the “it looks like you lost your connection”. Useless.
Developers are aware, check out their Trello board
they are aware but they dont care. Its only Ultimate team they care because of the money players spend..
I’ve found a temp fix. The first one for me was resetting my router and the second one was in online settings go to matchmaking options turn crossplay OFF and anf approximate location matchmaking ON

I all ways happen to me I getting ? with this all the time it not far…..I like pro cub I Nad no problem in all my fifa games….can urll fix it…
(PC User here) This bug is seemingly identical to one seen in the PC closed beta. As of rn from what I’ve seen and tested – loading into clubs & creating a pro with The absolute Most generic default character creation (ie no ‘morphs’) seems to lessen the lcancelled matchmaking dialogue box. I know it sounds crazy but remember this is EA we’re talking about. Tinkering with cross play used to work in the closed beta. Hoping someone with more experience than me could help
