And, as is the case with gacha games, it also has plenty of characters to obtain and play with. Of course, not all of these characters are equal when it comes to their power levels and usefulness. Which is why you will want to know which characters are the strongest, and which ones are the least powerful. To help you get the best characters, we are going to place all of the characters in the game in this Dear Ella Tier List. With it, you will be able to tell which ones you should aim to acquire.

Now, before we get into this list, a couple of quick things to note first. To begin with, we have to point out that this is only our subjective opinion. As such, you may have more or less success with a particular character and rank it higher or lower than us. Secondly, the game can be played with just about any character. This means that if you like a certain character for their personality or the way they look – you’re free to play with them and not mind too much how we have placed them.
