How to Solve Graveyard Puzzle in Cuphead DLC

To solve the Cuphead DLC graveyard puzzle, aka the ghost puzzle in the Delicious Last Course, the first step towards the solution is to get the Broken Relic. You can get it from Porkrind’s Emporium for just one coin. In the guide I linked just now, we explain where you can find a hidden coin if you’re short on funds. Next to the shop, you’ll find three characters on a podium. We’ll name them for brevity’s sake: Lanternhead is in first place, Rope Guy is in second, and Pickaxe is in third. Talk to all three of them.

You’ll notice that all three of them have directions hidden in their dialogue. For example, Lanternhead might say “Things are looking up!” Ropeboy might say “I’ve been down all morning,” and so on. These actually point you towards which gravestones you need to interact with, and the order you need to do it is based on the NPCs place on the podium. So, in our example, the first step of the Cuphead DLC graveyard puzzle solution, or the ghost puzzle if you prefer, would be to “press” the the upper middle gravestone.

The catch here is that the puzzle is random for each player. So, unfortunately, we can’t give you an exact solution, just the general guidelines. One last thing: read what they say carefully, because any word that’s a direction applies. For example, Ropeboy might say “I left downtown in a hurry.” The clue here is not left, but left down. Or, Pickaxe might say “They can stick it right up their nose.” The clue here is “right up,” not just up or just right. After you’ve solved the puzzle, take a nap at the middle tombstone.
