Where to Find Prisoner Rescue Battle Log in Armored Core 6

The AC6 Prisoner Rescue mission is the 9th mission in New Game++, your third playthrough. Completing New Game++ is required if you want to unlock the true ending of AC6. By now, you are probably aware that you can track your Combat Log Progress in Mission Select (Garage > Sortie > Replay Mission). Each mission that has a Battle Log will show a log icon on it. If there is no icon, that means there are no Battle Logs in that mission. If the description reads “PENDING”, it means that you’ve found some, but not all, Combat Logs in that mission. Finally, if it shows “COMPLETE”, it means that you have found all Battle Logs in that mission. However, the icon doesn’t reveal how many Combat Logs are in that mission.

One particularly tricky mission for Combat Logs is “Prisoner Rescue”, Mission 9 in New Game++. There’s only one Combat Log there, but it is rather hard to find it. The enemy holding this Battle Log can be found at the very end of the mission. The mini-boss you’ll need to defeat is called “DEEP DOWN / G2 Nile”. Beat it, and it will drop the Armored Core 6 Prisoner Rescue Battle Log. However, some players are having trouble finding this enemy. Here’s some from Reddit user Skeleton, which will help you find the much: “Clear out the first landing zone and the two choppers that would drop off reinforcements. This should buy you some time, to scoot along the cliff to the left of the landing zone and spot the Tetra mech.”
