While the game offers a considerable amount of parts right off the bat, you will also be able to unlock much more by simply playing the game. In this guide, we provide all AC6 Hidden Parts Containers Locations.

How to Unlock Hidden Parts in Armored Core 6

Armored Core 6 offers an extensive list of various Mech parts. These allow you to customize your loadout in the Assembly Menu before your missions. This is one of the core parts of the AC experience, as it allows players to experiment and try different playstyles. Most of these parts can be unlocked by simply playing the game and completing missions. However, some are scattered around maps and hidden in the so-called Part Containers.

These AC6 Part Containers are collectibles, a type of chest, which offer unique hidden parts for your AC6 mech. However, they are extremely tricky to get. That’s because they are well hidden. There are no hidden Parts Containers in the first chapter of AC6. They only appear from Chapter 2 onward. At the time of writing, players were able to discover around a dozen hidden parts. Hence, without further ado, here they are:

All AC6 Hidden Parts Containers

• Mission 12: Infiltrate Grid 086
• HC WRECKER – Once you enter the main building and drop into the hole, a chest will be in the back of the room behind you.
• HC-3000 WRECKER – Once you pass the room with a massive furnace, you’ll enter another room with a lot of MTs. You’ll spot a chest on the ground there.
• 2C-3000 WRECKER – Right before the “Annihilate enemy MT squad” task, there will be a part of the ramp with a drop. The AC6 Hidden Part Container will be there.
• Mission 18: Tunnel Sabotage
• IA-C01W1: NEBULA When you receive a message about PCA forces after entering the tunnels, turn left and look for a room with a couple of foes and LC shooting lasers. You’ll find a AC6 Hidden Parts Container in here.
• Mission 19: Survey the Uninhabited Floating City
• IA-CO1G: AORTA – After you neutralize the first fog control device, you will eventually be attacked by a flaying enemy. Check out the roof from where that enemy came, and you’ll find an Armored Core 6 Hidden Parts Container there.
• Mission 24: Eliminate “Honest” Brute
• WB-0010 DOUBLE TROUBLE – In the stage of the mission with all the massive red lasers. The lower laser has a container on it.
• BC-0600 12345 – When Brute contacts you via radio while you are on a massive open platform, turn to the opposite of the objective, and there should be an AC6 Hidden Parts Container at the very end of the platform.
• WB-0000 BAD COOK – As the story naturally progresses, you will eventually pass through a greenish energy barrier. You’ll then enter the building, and the very first room has a bunch of red lasers. That’s the room where you will find this AC6 Hidden Parts Container.
• Mission 28: Underground Exploration – Depth 1
• IA-C01L: EPHEMERA – As you descend down the shaft, at one point, the shutters will close, signalling that there’s an objective “Reach the End of Depth 1” in a nearby room. When you enter that room, head to the room behind it, and there will be an Armored Core 6 Hidden Parts Container inside it.
• Mission 29: Underground Exploration – Depth 2
• IA-C01B Gills thruster – Beat the G5 Iguazu AC mini-boss, and then head through the gorge until you enter a room with a blue laser firing at you. Defeat the laser, and you will find an AC6 hidden parts chest to the right of the door that had previously closed after you had beaten the laser.
• IA-C01A Ephemera Arms – This one is in the ventilation shaft. Right after you enter. It is a part of the main mission, and it will be hard to miss it.
• Mission 30: Underground Exploration – Depth 3
• IA-C01F Ocellus FCS – Jump to the platform below you slightly to the right immediately after you enter the massive open circular chamber shortly after you start exploring Depth 3. From there, reach the other side of that platform and jump to the neighbouring platform. There will be a pile of machinery and an Armored Core 6 Hidden Parts container behind it.
IA-C01C Ephemera Core – In the same large chamber with the circular platform in the center. Check out this video for the exact details.
• Mission 33: Unknown Territory Survey
• IA-C01H Ephemera – In the tunnel with the worms. There’s a chest at the left end of that tunnel. Extremely hard to miss it.
• Mission 34: Reach the Coral Convergence Mission
• IA-CO1W2: Moonlight Blade – When you start the mission, fly northwest until you spot a highway viaduct broken in half and a massive bridge. Finally, look down, and you’ll spot some robots fighting. An AC6 chest will be right where they are battling.
• IA-C01W3 Aurora Light Wave Cannon – Immediately when sou start the mission, turn slightly right and overboost into that direction. You should be able to spot a Hidden Parts Container atop a small building there.
