Today, on April 7th, 2023, you can find Street Dealers on the following locations:

The first of three locations you can find a street dealer in GTA Online today, is in Little Seoul. Specifically, you need to go to the subway entrance next to the Snr. Buns building. That is at the corner of San Andreas Avenue and Calais Avenue. If you don’t know where to go, take a look at the image below. Go down the stairs of the subway entrance and immediately turn right to spot the dealer. He pays extra for meth.
To find the second location, go to Grand Senora Desert. The dealer will be standing in front of a house just off Route 68 Approach. It’s in the middle of nowhere, so I can’t really give you any points of orientation. Just take a look at the image below, and you’ll do fine. This dealer pays more for weed.
The third and final of the GTA Online street dealer locations today, on March 21st, is in Grapeseed, on the eastern side of the Alamo Sea. It’s actually on the border between Grapeseed and Sandy Shores. Follow East Joshua Road heading east until you get to Park View Diner. Go behind the diner and you’ll see the dealer standing next to one of the back doors. She pays extra for acid.
So, that’s where you can find the street dealers on March 21st. Keep in mind that all of them are willing to buy several different drugs from you. However, each has one that they want more than others. That drug will be marked by a star in the top left menu. The dealer will pay more money for that item, so it’s a good opportunity to get some extra cash.
