How To Make Money On GTA Online Heists
If you’re looking to make money in GTA Online, Heists are a great way to do so. Each of them guarantees a nice payout, but if you go around playing them a certain way, you’ll end up with more than twelve million dollars in your pocket.
There’s an award in GTA Online called “The Mastermind Challenge“. It requires you to complete all heist setups and finales on hard, in order, with the same team, without losing any lives. If you think that sounds difficult, that’s because it is. But the good outweighs the bad – the reward for completing the challenge is $10 million per player.
Add to that another million for completing the “Loyalty” challenge (playing through all the heists with the same crew), and another for completing the “All in Order” (playing through all the heists in order), and you’ve got yourself a cool $12 million each. But how do you go about doing so?
Sounds amazing, right?

Mastermind Challenge Tips And Tricks
- You need to play through all of the missions on the Hard difficulty setting.
- The order you need to complete them in is: Fleeca Job, Prison Break, Humane Labs Raid, Series A Funding, Pacific Standard Job
- For The Fleeca Job, you have to split into two groups of two, tackle the heist separately, then merge afterward for The Prison Break. The game sometimes bugs out here, and fails to acknowledge the first heist in your award progress. You might need to replay it several times in order to get it to count.
- If any of you dies, you’ll have to start from the beginning of The Fleeca Job.
- You’re allowed to fail missions, as long as nobody dies.
- You don’t have to play through them in one sitting – you can save and continue later.
- Remember to buy the best armor you can before every mission. It could mean the difference between a happy, rich player and a nervous breakdown.
- Have weapons in all your weapon slots, upgraded as much as possible.
- Whenever a gunfight happens, watch your back and always use cover.
- Have a microphone. You’re not going to get through this without one. Good coordination with your teammates is essential if you’re tackling this challenge.
