There’s a minigun in Fort Zancudo watchtower.
there must be a glitch at the church, if you take the weapons (RPG, AR, and armor) and wait by the couch around on the other side of the porch until you hear a sort of a cowbell hippie bell , the weapons and armor are back. So a lot of rpg for free. After a while the nude guys get angry so you can get their weapons too, after shooting them.
