Light Elf Outpost Nornir Rune Chest Puzzle Solution in God of War
Light Elf Outpost in God of War hides a Nornir Rune Chest. To open the Nornir Chest in Light Elf Outpost, you have to destroy the three rune stones. However, the God of War Light Elf Outpost area is full of light crystal puzzles, so finding the runes to open the Nornir Chest can be pretty difficult. That being the case, here’s how to solve God of War Nornir Chest Puzzle in Light Elf Outpost.
How to Open God of War Light Elf Outpost Nornir Rune Chest?
To open the God of War Nornir Rune Chest in Light Elf Outpost, you have to destroy three rune stones. Seems like a simple enough task, but it’s easier said than done. The entire island of of Light Elf Outpost is a huge light crystal outpost. To get to the chest itself, you have to destroy some planks to reveal a light crystal, hit it with a light arrow, then proceed up the newly-created ramp. Finding the first rune is fairly easy. Look left of the chest, to the cliff just across. You’ll have no problem spotting the rune; just chuck your axe at it.
The second rune, however, is much more complicated. Take the path to the right from the chest and hop over the gap, then climb down the chain. There are some planks on the left you should destroy, with a light crystal inside. Leave it for now, and carry on down the path until you reach a Hacksilver chest. In the cliff on the left, there’s a light crystal behind some planks, so make sure you activate it. Then, head back and climb up the cliff wall. Use the chain to open the metal gate. As you walk through, look up, and you’ll notice a light crystal in the distance. Activate it now.
Loop back down the chain and go left where you destroyed the planks previously. Inside that small room, you’ll find a light crystal and a door you can open. After you open the door, pick up the light crystal. Carry it up to the chest, then through the metal gate you opened with the chain. Walk across the bridge of light, then take a right at the fork in the road. Go down all the way, and place the crystal into the slot, and activate it with an arrow. Cross the newly-made light bridge and follow the path until you reach a dead end with a chain leading down. The rune is above the metal gate, right in your line of sight.
The third rune stone we found is really well-hidden, but fortunately, it’s not as complicated as the second rune. Take the path right from the rune chest, from where you accessed the first chain mentioned above. As you walk through the small “cave”, look straight ahead at the stone pillar. The rune stone is nestled in there; it’s pretty hard to spot and easy to miss.
