Three New Trailers for Ghost Recon Wildlands

The first trailer details how The Peruvian Connection mission works. Simply put, your job is to interrupt the connection between Santa Blanca and the Peruvian cartels. This mission will take you into the mountains between Peru and Bolivia. You can get The Peruvian Connection by pre-ordering the game.

Trailer number two details several ways in which you’ll be able to customize your Ghost. Obviously, there’s a whole bunch of different cosmetic alterations you can make. However, you’ll also be able to customize by upgrading your weapons and equipment. The different Ghosts can function in several different roles, not unlike classes in other games.

Still, this way, there’s more freedom to choose this way. Without adhering to specific classes, you can choose freely what you want to be proficient in. In fact, considering the any ecosystems in Bolivia that you’ll fight in, you’ll absolutely have to be very flexible. A sniper is just fine in the salt flats, but you might be at a serious disadvantage in the jungle. You have to be ready for anything.

Additionally, the trailer showcases the different vehicles and tactical approaches you can take. You can go in stealthily, crash in guns blazing, and everything in between. You can check out the trailer below for more details and gameplay footage.

The third trailer tells us a bit of the backstory, as an introduction. It tells us about the Santa Blanca cartel and what Bolivia was like before they came to power. It explains that the rebellion failed, and they were forced to bring in the Ghosts.

More importantly, though, it showcases all the different environments that you’ll be visiting. From jungles and high mountains, to salt flats and villages, the terrain will test you as much as the cartel itself. You’ll have to adapt your strategies to each of the environments if you’re to succeed.

Ghost Recon Wildlands is coming out on March 7th for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. If you want to play it early, you can register for the Ghost Recon Wildlands closed beta on the game’s official website.
