Then, we have the Ultra setting: same OS group, AMD Ryzen 7 1700X / Intel Core I7 6700K CPU, 16 GB of RAM, and a AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT/Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 GPU. These rigs will get you up to 1080p.
You can go further than that.
