How to Get Heavenly Falcon Sword Kit in Ghost of Tsushima Heavenly Strike Mythic Tale?

To get the Heavenly Falcon Sword Kit in Ghost of Tsushima, you have to find and complete the Heavenly Strike Mythic Tale. If you look at the tale’s description in the menu, you’ll see there’s a “musician in Komatsu” singing about the Heavenly Strike technique. You’ll need to talk to him to progress with the quest, but the game doesn’t tell you where exactly to look for him. He can be found by the road south of River Fall Bridge. He’ll be sitting on a rock near a bonfire, surrounded by corpses.

If he isn’t there, you’ll need to activate the quest first. This is done by obtaining a rumored location hint from a random NPC. Sadly, there’s no way to speed this up – simply talk to everyone who has a speech bubble hovering above their head, and one of them will eventually activate the quest and mark the musician’s location on your map, bringing you closer to the Heavenly Falcon.

Once you’ve listened to the musician’s tale, it’s all about following the quest markers. They’ll lead you on an investigation through the province, up hills and across forests, through several groups of angry Mongols and into a dueling ring where you’ll face the mean man Yasuhira himself. When you finally defeat him (and it won’t be easy) and complete the quest, you’ll learn the eponymous move, and you’ll get the swanky new sword kit, Heavenly Falcon.
