Basically, you need to fully polish off the first four Archon Quests in Sumeru. Their names, in order, are “Through Mists of Smoke and Forests Dark,” “The Morn a Thousand Roses Bring,” “Dreams, Emptiness, Deception,” and “King Deshret and the Three Magi.” Once all of that is done, head into the Serenitea Pot and talk with Tubby. Choose the “Realm Depot” option and tab over to “Riches of the Realm.” Since you’ve finished the quests, the Nature’s True Fruit item should now be available for purchase. It will cost you one thousand Realm coins. That’s not exactly cheap, but hey, you get a lot of bang for your buck.
