How to Unlock Genshin Impact Lost Valley New Domain

To unlock the the new Lost Valley domain in Genshin Impact, the first thing you need to do is infuse your Traveler with Geo skills at a Statue of the Seven (select “Resonate with Geo” to switch your character to the earth element). Next, go northwest of Fuao Vale. We’ll show you exactly where you need to go in the screenshots. Once there, you’ll see a large rock with the Geo symbol on it. There’s also a stone tablet nearby; it kinda looks like a headstone, come to think of it. You can read what it has to say if you want a bit of lore, but the tablet itself is not that important for what we’re trying to do. Here’s what needs to happen.

The next step to unlock the Lost Valley Genshin Impact new domain is to use the “E” skill to make several of those big Geo globes appear and use that to transfer the vibrations to the rock with the Geo symbol. Two should be enough if placed properly, but you can use three for safety. If you look to the southeast of the rock with the symbol, you’ll see another formation that has a yellow mist wrapping around it. If you strike it with a Geo attack, a Claymore or an explosion, it will release a wave of energy. This wave will hit one of your globes, which will transfer the wave further to the next globe, and onward to the rock with the symbol. Head back towards that rock and, if you’ve done everything correctly, you’ll see a brief cutscene. Go through the newly-opened path to find the gates of the new domain.
