How to Get Cinnabar Spindle in Genshin Impact

To get the Cinnabar Spindle in Genshin Impact, you have to complete the Puffy Snowman in the Shadows Amidst Snowstorms event. We have a full guide on how to do that in our How To Build a Snowman Genshin Impact guide, but we’ll give you a quick rundown here. Basically, open the Shadows Amidst Snowstorms event page and select the Dragonspine Special Training option. On the top of the screen, select the middle icon, and that will take you to the Tracking Training portion of the event. Complete all of the steps found here until you get all the snowman parts you need to make one (head, hands, hat, scarf, eyes, and nose). When you have all of the components, go to the Born of the Snow part of the event and select “Locate Puffy Snowman.”

Next, to get the Genshin Impact Cinnabar Spindle, go to the location of the snowman and interact with it. Place all the parts and select Save in the bottom right. Nothing will happen on the screen immediately, so go back to the Born of the Snow menu. Click on the Snowman Mark One icon, then click Claim Rewards. You’ll receive twenty thousand Mora for your troubles and, of course, the Cinnabar Spindle. It’s a really cool sword whose special ability, Spotless Heart, gives an increase to your Elemental Skill DMG by 40% of DEF. The ability can be triggered every 1.5 seconds, and it probably gets even better as you refine the weapon.
