Genshin Impact Beta Sign Up Patch 2.1 - Official Discord
If you want to sign up to beta test the Genshin Impact Patch 2.1, you can do so now, and you’ll have to join the official Discord. You only have until Wednesday, July 7th to apply to be a beta tester, so make sure to do it soon. To do that, you have to jump through a couple of hoops, and you might get stuck. So, we’ve put together our Genshin Impact Beta Sign Up Patch 2.1 – Official Discord guide to show you how to complete the process.
Genshin Impact Beta Sign Up Patch 2.1
In order to sign up for the Genshin Impact Patch 2.1 beta, you’ll have to follow a set of relatively simple steps. Your first step should probably be to join the official Genshin Discord (which we’ll explain in the section below). Next up, you’re gonna need to fill the application form, which you can find here. You will have to provide some info in the form, including your Discord ID and tag, your game UID, your Genshin forum ID, your full name, whether your older than 18, and how many hours a week you’ll be able to test.
Now for a serious warning: at some stage, you’ll be signing some sort of NDA. This means that you won’t be able to share anything you see during the beta testing with anyone else except the developers, or else suffer repercussions. Before you sign anything, please, read everything carefully. Also, don’t forget that being a beta tester is a serious obligation. You’ll have to play diligently and report any bugs and other things you notice to the developers. It’s almost a job, basically.
Genshin Impact Official Discord
To join the official Geshin Impact discord to sign up for the Patch 2.1 beta, you can simply follow this link. It’ll make it easier to communicate quickly, and you’ll be up-to-date with what’s going on. Which reminds me; not all of you are going to be selected to be beta testers. If it so happens that they don’t pick you, don’t attack developers or any other miHoYo employees on social media or anything like that.
If, on the other hand, they do select you, first of all, congratulations and I hope you have fun. Secondly, once again, don’t sign anything you haven’t read from top to bottom, every single word. Thirdly, if you do sign an NDA, keep your mouth shut about the content you see. Otherwise, you can get into serious trouble. Besides, it’s not cool to share spoilers.
Would be great if the official Discord was actually joinable… >_>
