How To Get Icy Feet In Fortnite Chapter 3

To get and travel with icy feet in Fortnite Chapter 3, there are two things you can do. The first one is to find a Chiller Grenade; they spawn just like any other type of weapon does. Then, with one of those in your hand, head up to the top of the nearest slope. You’ll understand why in just a second. Once you find a good slope, throw the Chiller Grenade at your feet and then slide down to the bottom of said slope. The icy feet effect disappears after a very brief while, and you need to cover 200 meters before it does. That’s why you need to be able to slide the distance; walking will not be fast enough.

Another way to get and travel while having icy feet in Fortnite is to destroy snowmen. The best place to do this is the little pond in the very center of the map. It is surrounded by four snowmen, which should be more than enough to complete the challenge. What you need to do is hit one of the snowmen with your melee weapon to get icy feet, and then just run in any direction until the effect runs out. When it does, go back to the pond, smash another snowman, rinse and repeat. Mind you, this is not the only place you can do this, but it is a relatively remote place, so you’ll likely be safe from other players. No guarantees, though.
